How reliable is the estimation of the arrival period for walmart.com?

I'm ordering about a month ahead for a promise ring for my boyfriend for his birthday, and walmart.com says it will estimately arrive around 7/31 to 8/4 for the one day shipping? My boyfriends birthday is 7/16.
