How to break the news to my other children about a new arrival?

Maybe you can have a birthday cake or something and when they ask why or what for tell them because there is going to be another birth of a brother or a sister!!! I think its normal for children to have rather sad reactions , especially the older ones. I hope you have a girl this time around!!! I think too if you have a girl that the boys will really embrace it as they will look after her. Maybe also make that a point to them and how you will need their help and you really want them involved. Have you considered letting them come to an ultrasound? Maybe it would be cool for them and help ease them into the transition a little better. Best of luck!
