I have been sent bailiffs by my business landlord what shall I do?

I have a tenancy at will contract with my landlord. I am in arrears by three months and they have sent in bailiffs. They want cash for the rent tomorrow. No prior notice of their arrival sent by the landlord,and they say in tenancy at will no notices are required. What shall I do?
