Weird hallucinations I think?

So recently I've been experiencing some bizzare things. I've been having pretty frequent limb/ muscle twitches that have started to die down in frequency but are still there. I've started to see little sparks of light and dark circles in my prehiphrial vision. Not only that, I've been hearing little weird noises - but I can't tell if they are real noises that I am distorting because I think they could be hallucinations, or just mild hallucinations. The distorting part makes sense seeing as Im a hypochondriac and Im currently fixating on psychosis symptoms. For example- I heard a long, quiet scream, that faded off, and I realized it could have been either my mind hallucinating, my mind distorting a real sound, or just a very bizarre ambient sound. Also, I've been playing piano for 7 years or so and I just recently began composing what my body truly wants. This may sound stupid and all but I just sit down and it just comes to me, yet this music is sad, deep striking music (in the lower octive if you play piano), that's fast paced and similar to the last 50 seconds of "fantasie impromptu" anywho, I also just began to notice when I play piano, using the tv for light when it's dark outside, I begin to see the paper (in my perhiprial vision) start to wave, or ripple, but this is very minor, and it only ripples or waves slightly. Any suggestions? Oh yea, I think it's fair to note I've been smoking pot every since summer began. Also, also (?) its again fair to note that my muscle twitches have gone down when I stopped smoking this crappy weed. Also(x3), don't try and give a real answer if you have no idea what your talking about, and dont make this into a "pots bad" speech. I'm 16 and make good grades in AP clases for gods sake.
