Can i apply for a visa on my arrival day in Shenzhen China?

Foreigners may not enter China without a Chinese visa. Prospective visitors must apply for and obtain their Chinese visa in advance. Unlike Hong Kong, which grants entry stamps upon landing to most travelers, China does NOT issue entry stamps at its border crossings.
