Should I be confiscated from my owner?

With the weather being lovely today my owner (Commander James Hewitt) decided to take me on a day trip to the Yorkshire coast. Unfortunately within 5 minutes of arrival he bumped into two old friends (Charles Ingram & Teckwin Whittock). He chucked me in the back of the car and went off to a beer garden with them, not returning for 5 hours on what was a boiling hot day and I could barely breathe by the time he returned. Should I be confiscated from James or just put to sleep as I am a burden to him?
